Firefox is undoubtedly a amazing browser. What makes it even more amazing and versatile is the shear number of Plugins and Extensions that you can install giving you the ability perform many more functions from your browser.

Firefox is a favorite among web developers and designers mainly for the variety and stability that Firefox offers in conjunction with plugins.

Internet Marketing Plugins, Extensions and Tools

Below I have compiled a list of my favorite Internet Marketing Plugins, Extensions and Tools that I use everyday from a developer perspective. This is by far no where near a complete list, however it is what I currently have installed and use.

Firefox Plugin 1. Firebug - Edit, debug, and monitor CSS, HTML, and JavaScript live in any web page or in a new webpage.

Firebug Add-on: Page Speed – If you are a user of Google’s Webmaster Tools you will know that in the Labs section is a link to the site performance tool which provides various details on your websites performance. Page Speed is basically a add-on to Firebug which allows you to run performance tests on your website and provides details on specific areas that you should look to optimize.

Firefox Plugin 2. Cooliris – The fastest and most stunning way to browse photos and videos from the Web or your desktop.

Firefox Plugin 3. SEO for Firefox - Probably the “best” Search Engine Optimization. It offers a mired of features including SEO XRay which provides you with a quick view of links in and out of a page, META details and also allows you to use SEO Books Keyword Density Analyzer Tool to provide a easy to read output of keyword used (keyword density) on your webpage.

Firefox Plugin 4. SeoQuake - This is a pure SEO extension aimed primarily at helping web masters who deal with search engine optimization (SEO) and internet promotion of web sites. A great feature of SeoQuake is that it gives users the opportunity to create their own parameters and group them into presets to allow easy switching between the presets on the fly while working.

Firefox Plugin 5. Web Developer Toolbar -The Web Developer extension adds a menu and a toolbar to the browser with various web developer tools.

Firefox Plugin 6. IE View – A newly discovered one for me. The IE View extension gives you the ability to view your webpages in IE by adding a “view in IE” option to the right-click menu. I will continue to test this one out.

Wal Heinrich March 22, 2010: I know they are not FireFox plugins but WordPress plugins DoFollow and Commentluv are a fast becoming a must for internet marketing.
