Hi Cemil,
I have heard of the link exchanges and was using one of the freebie ones, but because on one was mentioning them I didn’t think they were worth using.
Is it better to use one that you pay for and if so which ones would you suggest .

When you are just starting out, I would suggest to use other methods to build backlinks. Submitting articles to articles directories like EzineArticles is great and also helps to build your content creation and articles writing skills.
